SOUND FAMILIAR?

Built around
the way you buy.

Minimum orders. Long lead times. Big balance payments. A check for UK home, gift, textile, lighting and tableware importers.

Mugs, textiles and baskets from an illustrative importer’s rangeYOUR RANGE. YOUR TERMS. YOUR CASH FLOOR.
01

You buy your own range from overseas factories, with MOQs and 8–16 week lead times.

02

You hold stock in the UK and sell to retailers, direct to customers, or both.

03

Your books live in Xero. Your buying lives in a spreadsheet. The two don't talk.

A balance payment, Christmas order or Chinese New Year has landed in the wrong week before.

A PERSON, NOT A PLATFORM

Hi, I'm Lee.

I've spent ten years on the data side of supply chain, in businesses of every size: analytics, visualisation and forecasting, with the focus always on a buying decision someone had to make that week.

Most recently, that's meant demand planning on SAP IBP. Cash & Cover brings the same discipline to importers who run on Xero and a spreadsheet.

BEFORE YOU SEND A THING

A few things
you might be wondering.

Know what you're getting into.
Then decide if it's right for you.

Is the first check really free?

Yes. The first check is free for a handful of UK importers in the winter 2026 pilot. You keep your one-page plan whether or not you continue.

What do I need to send?

Weekly sales by product code, current and incoming stock, costs and selling prices, supplier lead times and payment terms, packs and minimums, plus your bank balance, cash floor and overheads. Email Lee first and he'll send the export list.

Do I need to connect Xero or install software?

The pilot works from exports. You don't need a new platform or a live Xero connection to get your first check. Sales can come from Xero or Shopify.

What if my data is messy?

Send what you have. Lee would rather see the real thing. The check uses your data as supplied, and the walkthrough gives you a chance to question the numbers and rerun the plan.

What happens after the free check?

If it's useful, you can continue with a monthly check and a 20-minute walkthrough at a fixed pilot price for the first year. There is no commitment to continue after your free check.

Are these guaranteed results?

No. The figures on this site are a worked example, not customer results. Your check is a planning estimate based on your data. Holding a line can release cash, but it can also put sales at risk; the plan makes that trade-off visible.
